Certification Information
You are required to be certified! Do not wait until the last minute!
HOW TO CERTIFY YOUR TEAM
 
ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS TOURNAMENT
** NO EXCEPTIONS **
 
1. All teams MUST have a complete team roster uploaded to the San Jose tournament website. You can upload your roster here:
http://2008sjso.d4tournament.com/leaguemanager/tournamentmodule/teammodule/Login.asp Your roster must be online by July 10th
 
2. Please try to have a complete team photo uploaded to the tournament website. (use the link above to upload photo) These photos help us create a great program and help identify your players - Photo is not required
 
3. All teams MUST have a copy of a birth certificate OR a report card for ALL PLAYERS on the roster. These documents MUST be brought with you all of your games.
